At SleepHaven Co.™, we partner with trusted U.S. suppliers to ensure fast and reliable delivery for all bedding and home comfort products.


📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

During peak seasons (Black Friday, December, etc.), processing may take 1–5 days.


🚚 Shipping Time (United States)

Once shipped, most orders arrive within:

• 3–7 business days (Standard Delivery)

Total delivery time = 4–10 business days
(Processing + Shipping)


📍 Tracking Information

A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order ships.

Since we work with multiple suppliers, items in your order may arrive in separate packages.


❗ Incorrect Addresses

SleepHaven Co.™ is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

Please double-check your details before completing checkout.


🚫 Lost / Stolen Packages

If a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier but you did not receive it:

  • Contact the local carrier or post office

  • Check your mailbox, porch, neighbors

  • Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark early

We cannot refund or replace items marked as delivered.
