SLEEPHAVEN CO.™ — RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Because SleepHaven Co.™ products are sourced and fulfilled per order, we accept returns only under the conditions below.


✔ Eligible for Return or Replacement

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for:

  • Wrong item received

  • Damaged product

  • Defective product

  • Item not matching description

Photo evidence is required.


❌ Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Wrong size or color ordered

  • Bedding used or removed from packaging

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Items delivered to the wrong address provided by customer


🔁 Replacements

If your item is defective or damaged, we will send a free replacement.


💲 Refunds

Refunds are issued only when:

  • A replacement is not available, OR

  • A replacement would not resolve the issue

Refunds are processed to your original payment method.

  • Order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A clear description of the problem
