Because SleepHaven Co.™ products are sourced and fulfilled per order, we accept returns only under the conditions below.
✔ Eligible for Return or Replacement
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for:

Damaged product

Defective product

Item not matching description
Photo evidence is required.
❌ Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns for:

Buyer’s remorse

Wrong size or color ordered

Bedding used or removed from packaging

Normal wear and tear

Items delivered to the wrong address provided by customer
🔁 Replacements
If your item is defective or damaged, we will send a free replacement.
